TV Unit with a Timber Lattice Backdrop, Large-Format Porcelain Panel, Natural Walnut Cabinets and Floating Console
This media wall combines contemporary geometry with warm timber textures and refined stone surfaces. A large taupe/beige porcelain or natural marble TV panel appears suspended in front of a timber lattice on the right. A floor-to-ceiling natural walnut cabinet on the left and a floating timber console complete the composition. Concealed linear LEDs behind the lattice, within display niches and beneath the console give the living room a warm, layered and sophisticated luxury atmosphere.
Material and Colour Balance
A finely veined, matt-finished taupe/beige large-format porcelain or natural marble slab projects forward behind the TV.
A natural timber lattice/grid on the right adds three-dimensional texture and a play of light and shadow.
Richly grained natural walnut/dark oak veneer was selected for the enclosed full-height storage on the left and the floating console below.
A five-tier illuminated open display/bookcase niche is integrated vertically into the left-hand cabinet.
A matt mocha/deep brown rear wall highlights the timber and stone textures.
Concealed warm linear LEDs at 2700K–3000K illuminate the lattice openings, tall-cabinet niches and console underside.
Herringbone oak parquet and a square timber-bodied coffee table complete the warm, tone-on-tone composition.
Architectural Composition and Spatial Hierarchy
Layered depth: the matt mocha wall, timber lattice and projecting porcelain TV panel create a strong three-dimensional effect.
Asymmetrical balance: the substantial vertical timber cabinet on the left is balanced by the open, permeable lattice on the right.
Floating lightness: the wide horizontal console cantilevers from the wall above the floor, maintaining a spacious, uninterrupted floor plane despite the richness of the timber.
Technical and Functional Details
Concealed structural frame: the large porcelain/marble panel is securely fixed to concealed steel framing integrated with the rear wall and lattice system.
Integrated service channel: all TV cables and power lines pass through the technical void behind the porcelain into the floating console, preventing visual clutter.
Handleless hardware: push-to-open fittings and soft-close mechanisms on the tall cabinet doors and lower drawers preserve the natural continuity of the timber surfaces.
